Yes. Our team confirms every order by phone or WhatsApp before it's dispatched. This protects both you and us from mistakes or fake orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery more than once. Keep your phone reachable so they can coordinate a time that works for you.

How long does delivery take?
Major cities: 2–5 business days. Other cities and areas: 3–7 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer depending on courier availability.
Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?
We deliver to most major cities and serviceable areas across Pakistan, subject to courier coverage.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently — we deliver within Pakistan only.

Yes. Every product is inspected and packaged carefully before it leaves us, so what you see is what arrives.
What if my product arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (and an unboxing video if possible). We'll sort out a replacement, exchange, or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
Do products come with a warranty?
